Things You'll Need:
- 4-6 oz piece of grilled chicken
- Buffalo Sauce
- Ciabatta Bread
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing
- Counter top grill
- Lettuce
- Celery sticks

Step 1
On a cutting board with a bread knife, slice off two pieces of ciabatta bread. Do not use the end piece.

Set grill on counter top and pre-heat to a high setting.

On the cutting board, cut the grilled chicken into bite-sized strips

Put sliced chicken in a mixing bowl and add 1 Tbls of buffalo sauce per 2 oz of chicken. Toss chicken with sauce until evenly coated.

With a knife, spread a thin layer of ranch or blue cheese dressing on each piece of bread.

Spread chicken out evenly on one side of the bread, top with lettuce and then the second piece of bread.

Place sandwich in the grill and close the top. Grill for about 3 minutes until the cheese has melted and there are grill marks on the bread.

Cut into triangles by cutting it diagonally and serve with celery sticks and additional dressing of choice on the side for dipping.
