Things You'll Need:
- 1/4 cup Dried Black Cohosh
- 1/4 cup Dried Blessed Thistle
- 1/4 cup Dried Blue Cohosh
- 1/4 cup Burdock
- 1/4 cup Cramp Bark

Step 1
Black Cohosh is useful in the production of estrogen. It also helps distribute estrogen in the body. It strengthens the female reproductive organs and can regulate the menstrual cycle. It is also invaluable during menopause, helping to keep hot flashes at bay.

Step 2
Burdock is an excellent blood purifier and body cleanser. It a liver restorative and promotes the elimination of harmful acids through proper functioning of the kidneys. Because of it's natural insulin content, it helps the pituitary gland release a steady supply of protein which balances the hormones.

Blue Cohosh has been used for hysteria and uterine inflammation. Do not use when pregnant as it stimulates contractions. Use freely after birth for an increase in the flow of mother's milk.

Blessed Thistle also will increase mother's milk. It's an excellent blood purifier and balances the hormones after pregnancy and during menopause.

Cramp Bark is good for the prevention of congestion and hardening of the liver. Prevents nervous disorders and helps with after birth pains and cramps. Is a sedative and muscle relaxer for the uterus. Also helps with leg cramps.

Dong Quai is and all around tonic for women. It is helpful in balancing hormones. It contains vitamin E which is very good for the skin. Promotes healthy blood and immune system. Helps with cramps and pre menstrual syndrome as well as menopausal symtoms.

In an airtight pint jar, mix 1/4 cup each of these dried herbs together. When not in use, keep tightly sealed in a cool, dry place.

Place 2 tsp. in favorite tea ball.

Place tea ball in favorite teapot and fill teapot with boiling water. Let steep 5 minutes.

Serve with organic raw honey and scones.
