Step 1
The first step is to stop eating starches. ex: pasta, bread, potatoes, etc. Eat all the meat you want. Any kind. Just watch how you season it and condiments, back off a little from the norm.

Second thing you need to do is stop drinking soda all together. Except for clear, like sprite etc. drink all you want of natural juices, flavored drinks, water, milk, whatever just no soda.

The third thing to do is practice for 15-30 mins everyday, while you drive, hold your stomach in, suck it in and hold it till you cant anymore. You can do this while you watch tv! After the first time you do this you will feel your stomach burning and it will be sore. Because you are using the muscles just as much as crunches, but you dont hurt your back or neck. Just while your relaxing suck it in and hold it. not your breath.. keep breathing just keep the stomach muscles tight. in two to three weeks you will see a difference! keep it up. its the easiest diet and work out plan ever and it works!!
