Step 1
Think.
What kind of person are you? Are you creative, athletic, logical, passionate, artistic? Try and define your major characteristics. -
Step 2
List.
Take out a sheet of paper and list the characteristics that you came up with. What hobbies can you relate to these characteristics? Start brainstorming. Write down anything and everything you can think of. -
Step 3
Add any of my suggestions you are interested in.

Step 4
Evaluate.
Go through your list and scratch out anything that doesn't sound appealing. Narrow it down to one or a few hobbies that you want to take part in. You can always change it later if you decide the hobby you chose isn't right for you. -
Step 5
Get involved.
Look for groups at your school, church, or online that do the hobby you are interested in. If you can't find one, then start your own! -
Step 6
Have fun.
This is the most important step. Your hobby should be something you really enjoy.
