Get as much sleep as possible. Since fibromyalgia makes it difficult to get comfortable at night, make sure you have a comfortable mattress that supports your joints and muscles.

  2. Step 2

Drink plenty of water. Water cleanses the system of anything that is impure. This can help with the fatigue and muscle pain. It prevents build up of toxins in the muscles as well.

  3. Step 3
    vegetables

  4. Step 4

Exercise! Set a plan with your doctor that may include walking or pilates. There are forms of exercise that help strengthen muscles to take away the stress of fibromyalgia. Use your exercise ball. The ball helps take pressure from the joints while still working muscles.

on 8/4/2009 Good advise, I would also reccomend water exercise as a good way to help with Fibromyalgia. The water takes the weight off of your muscles and helps when doing the exercises, but it is easy to overdue it in water, so easy at first.
