  1. Step 1

Go buy some cans! ((They are really good and quick meal to serve)) A suggestion to get is: Chef Boyardee Spaghetti and Meatballs in tomato sauce. It is the best I have found that is a hearty, nutritious meal with protein and enhanced pasta. And the good things is it has no preservatives.

Once you have them you can choose two ways to make them: Microwave or Stove top<-- Better Choice!

  3. Step 3

Get a bowl out that is okay to use in the microwave.

  4. Step 4

Open the can and pour into the bowl.

  5. Step 5

Cover with two paper towels do it does not pop and splatter all over the walls in our microwave.

  6. Step 6

Put bowl in microwave and shut the door.

  7. Step 7

    Set the heat to high!

  8. Step 8

Enter one minute and thirty seconds for the cook time

  9. Step 9

Push start. ((During this time you can get your drink ready and fork out))

  10. Step 10

Beep... Beep... Beep... Pull it out!!

  11. Step 11

    Stir and Serve YUMMY!!
