Tribex is a type of body building supplement offered through the nutritional supplement company Biotest. The ingredients found in the product are meant to boost a person's testosterone levels naturally in order to increase muscle mass. Additional claims made by manufacturers include an increased sex drive and metabolism boost. Before you use Tribex, speak to your physician about the safety of the nutritional supplement.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Purchase Tribex from a nutritional supplement retailer. Before you can use Tribex, you are going to need to buy the product. Start off with a 50 tablet supply which will include 25 doses of Tribex. You can find it online through companies like A1 Supplements.

  2. Step 2

Plan to take your first dose of Tribex in the morning a couple hours before you eat. Consume two pills along with a full glass of water. Eat a normal meal one to two hours later.

  3. Step 3

Wait six to eight hours after your first dose of Tribex and then repeat the dosage from the morning. You should take this dose on an empty stomach as well. Eat a normal evening meal one to two hours later.

  4. Step 4

Follow the recommended cycle for Tribex. Manufacturers of Tribex recommend that you do not take the nutritional supplement continuously. Each week, you can take the supplement for five days and then two days off. For example, you can plan to use Tribex Monday through Friday and then discontinue use on Saturday and Sunday.

  5. Step 5

Continue to use Tribex for at least four weeks. Biotest states that it may take up to a month to see the effects of Tribex.

Tips & Warnings
  • Avoid Tribex if you are a woman, under the age of 18 or suffering from a chronic health condition. You should also avoid taking Tribex right before you go to bed.
