Things You'll Need:

- Time
- Multivitamin
- Flaxseed Oil
- Fresh Fruit and Vegetables
- Water

Step 1
STOP USING PRODUCTS ON THE SKIN
This can be a difficult process. Commercials and pharmaceutical companies tell us that washing the skin with soaps, soaking the skin with toners, and slathering the skin with medicated lotions will "heal" the skin from acne. Unfortunately, this is far from the case. Not only do products strip the skin of its vital acid mantle, but they irritate and inflame the skin. Discontinue all products, including soap. -
Step 2
STOP WASHING THE SKIN
This may seem radical, but it really works. In order to clear skin acne for good, you must first allow your skin to reproduce the acid mantle that was destroyed by using soaps and products. Once you no longer use skin care products, discontinue washing the skin. The oils on the face will make the skin decrease its oil supply, thereby decreasing sebum production. This will dramatically reduce and eliminate acne. Natural clear skin care starts by treating the skin as naturally as you can. It may take a few weeks for the skin to fully recover and balance out, but the results will be lasting. -
Step 3
START TAKING A MULTIVITAMIN
To help clear skin acne further, start taking a good quality multivitamin. Make sure that it contains an average amount of vitamin A, and larger amounts of the B vitamins. These help the skin fight off free radicals and will increase the skins clarity and ability to regenerate skin cells. -
Step 4
START TAKING FLAXSEED OIL
Flaxseed oil is high in the Omega Fatty Acids, which help nourish and protect the skin from the inside out. Taking Flaxseed oil daily can clear facial skin quicker and can help smooth and heal skin rashes, such as eczema. -
Step 5
DRINK PLENTY OF WATER
Make sure that you drink at least 8, 8 ounce glasses of filtered water every day. This can supplement your natural clear skin treatment by keeping the skin hydrated and supple.

on 9/23/2009 I pretty much tried everything there is to try, spent thousands of dollars, and spent the last few years trying to spread the wealth of what I and some other lucky people have found. But I'm warning you, this isn't just a pill you can pop in your mouth and BAM you're cured. This is going to take reading, this is going to take diligence, and this is going to take drive. So if you're ready to learn, I'm ready to teach:www.howiclearedmyacne.blogspot.com

on 9/23/2009 Hi,
My name's Ray and I'm an ex-acne sufferer of almost 10 years. I am currently studying for my Masters Degree in Dietetics and Nutrition and previously I've tried everything from commercial acne products such as Proactiv Solutions & topical creams to the more extreme acne treatments, like ultraviolet electric laser therapy and steroidal injections. None of that stuff worked for me.
