This is a 100% sure way to lower your cholesterol. It is healthy and easy and takes no time at all. Take care of your body the natural way with my helpful home remedy!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

After each meal take one tbsp of Apple cider vinegar. It may be sour but it is worth it to cut cholesterol. Your body will thank you!

  2. Step 2

When eating foods with high acidity you may want to cut down to half tbsp so that it will not sour your stomach. You will get the extra acids from the food you have eaten. For example, tomatoes, pineapples, citrus fruits...

  3. Step 3

When eating foods high in fat, or harder to digest you may want to up your serving to one and a half tbsp.

Believe me it works, and your Dr. will even see a difference if you stay regular with it and give it time to start working. Good Luck!

on 7/31/2009 Excellent information to lower your cholesterol the natural way. Apple cider vinegar is one of the staples of Vermont Folk Medicine and really works - much safer than the cholesterol drugs (statins) that deplete COQ10 and cause heart attacks! Way to go!
