Raspberry cobbler is a delicious and nutritious treat that can be served for breakfast or as a dessert, or eaten as a snack. Raspberries are in peak season during summer. Does this Spark an idea?

Things You'll Need

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 8-by-8-inch baking pan

Instructions

      Combine the sugar, flour and water in a mixing bowl. Stir for about two minutes to get most of the lumps out. Pour the mixture into the baking pan.

      Pour the raspberries into the middle of the pan. Let them separate.

      Put the pan into a 350 degree oven. Cook for 50 minutes and check the cobbler. It should be golden brown. If it's not, cook for another five or 10 minutes.

      Remove from the oven and let cool for five minutes before serving. Add ice cream on top, if you like.
