Find a Slimming Swimsuit
Find a Slimming Swimsuit

It’s beach season. Everyone wants to look like a skinny, healthy and toned beauty at the beach. Unfortunately, not all of us have those skinny and slim beach bods that we all wish to have. That’s why there are slimming swimsuits to help us look way skinnier than we really are at the beach.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Swimsuit
  1. Step 1

Don’t hide your figure. The easiest thing to do when you’re feeling fat and bloated is to hide under mountains of fabric. However, hiding your figure under tons of fabric won’t make you look any skinnier. In fact, it will make you look much fatter. Choose a swimsuit that fits your figure, but allows movement in all the right places.

  2. Step 2

Go for spandex. Just incase you are tuning in to the broadcast several years late; there are swimsuits that contain spandex in them, which give a slimming effect. These swimsuits contain up to 24% spandex and do the same exact thing that grandma’s girdle and the modern day Spanx are built to do. Brands that can make you look instantly skinny are Miracle Suit, whose slogan is “look 10lbs skinnier in 10 minutes” and Shape FX swimsuits. I do have to warn you that these swimsuits are a bit pricey (over $100), but if you can afford it, buy it.

  3. Step 3

    3. Choose a solid color. It’s a myth that you have to don a black swimsuit in order to benefit from the slimming effects. The truth is that any solid color will make you look instantly skinny. If you like white, go for white. It won’t make you look fat.

Tips & Warnings
  • Know what works for your body. If you have a flabby stomach, steer clear of itsy-bitsy bikinis and monokinis.
