How to make barbecued chicken wraps

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • lettuce
  • onion
  • tomato
  • shredded Mexican cheese
  • ranch dressing
  • barbecued chicken
  1. Step 1

I was looking for a way to use the barbecued chicken breast that we made on the grill the day before. We had a ton of left overs and I did not want to throw them all away. After looking around the kitchen I had an idea. This was an easy simple way to use my leftovers who knew my three kids would like these so much.

  2. Step 2

First I found a package of the flour tortillas. I placed these all out and added broken up pieces of the barbecued chicken to each of the tortillas. I then sprinkled the shredded Mexican cheese on top of them. I placed them in my oven which was set at 350 degrees. I left them in there for about 5 to 7 minutes until the small chunks of chicken were hot and the cheese was melted. I then pulled them out of the oven and topped them with the shredded lettuce, onion and tomatoes. Then last but not least I put some ranch dressing on them.

  3. Step 3

These were delicious. This was one of the fastest and easiest meals I ever made. They loved them. This was also one of the greatest time savers seeing that I work up to 12 hours a day and run from activity to activity with the children and barely have time to sit still.
