Things You'll Need:
- 2 Tablespoons of Peppermint
- 1 Tablespoon of Tarragon
- 1 Tablespoon of Lemon Balm
- 1 Tablespoon of Chamomile
- 1 Tablespoon of Anise
- 1 Tablespoon of Green Tea

Step 1
In a small bowl, stir together all of the ingredients gently. Try to just stir them together, don't add pressure or overmix them.

Pour the mixture into an airtight container, and store in a cool dark area. I suggest putting the mixture into a small tupperware container then storing in a cabinet. Make sure that the mixture isn't exposed to direct light (especially sunlight) which can weaken them over time.

Before using the tea blend, make sure to shake the container gently to spread out the herbs, or stir it gently.

To use, measure 1 tablespoon of the mixture and steep in 1 cup of boiling water for 20 minutes, then strain into a glass and serve. If you want to sweeten the tea, I suggest using honey or stevia, but not sugar.
