Step 1
Decide what areas of your face you want to do facial hair removal on. Don't go crazy!
After you have located your problem areas, you have some options. Tweezing -- painful and time consuming, electrolosis (laser hair removal) -- laser hair removal costs can be very expensive and may take repeated treatments, hair removal creams -- inexpensive but may cause reaction with your skin, or waxing -- short term mild pain but you get a larger area at a time. -
Step 2
You may consider using the above methods in conjunction with each other. For example, what i do is i tweeze the stray hair every day during the week, then on the weekend, i wax larger areas. To wax, i put some powder on the part of my face i am going to wax, apply the wax with a waxing stick, put the waxing cloth on and rip. I then apply a cortisone cream that relieves the pain and reduces the redness. I recommend using a wax that is specifically for the face and warming it in a wax warmer.

Step 3
It will take some time to get used to waxing your face. It stings a little at first (So does tweezing, but you get used to it). Using the cortisone cream really helps. Again, tweezing will be necessary after you wax. You will not pull out EVERY hair. There may be 2 or 3 hairs left you'll need to remove. During the course of the week, more hairs will pop up and you'll have to remove them too. Be careful not to put wax anywhere you do not want hair removed. You might practice a few times on your chin or upper lip before you move to your eyebrow area -- as you could remove too much hair on your eyebrows, or even get wax on your eyelashes if you're not careful! REMEMBER: You can only wax a section of skin one time a week. Anymore than that can be damaging to your skin.
