HAWAIIAN TURKEY BURGER WITH PINEAPPLE-PAPAYA SAUCE

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • GRILL,GROUND TURKEY,BREADCRUMBS,ONIONS,BROWN SUGAR,OLIVE OIL,PINEAPPLE,HAMBURGER ROLLS,LETTUCE,TOMATO,RED ONION
  1. Step 1

    Mouth watering Grilled Turkey Burger with pineapple-papaya sauce takes 20 minutes to prep,and 20 minutes to cook on the grill

  2. Step 2

    First you gather all the things needed for the sauce, you will need a bowl,1/4 cup of chopped fresh pineapple,3 tablespoons of papaya,finely diced, 2/3 cup barbecue sauce and 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce combine all the ingredients in a sauce pan.Cook, stirring over moderate heat until sauce boils, then simmer 10 minutes.Now preheat the grill.

  3. Step 3

    For burgers,mix groung turkey,breadcrumbs,onions,cayenne,sugar,and 1/3 cup of sauce into mixing bowl form into patties.Brush burgers with oil season with salt and pepper.

  4. Step 4

    grill over medium heat,turning once about 6 minute per side now baste with sauce and grill about another 2-3 minutes transfer to plate. Now place on a burger roll and put on the remaining sauce if you like add pineapple slices,lettuce,tomato,and onions.

  5. Step 5

    now take your pineallpe slices and place on the grill brown on both sides and place on the burger roll or just eat to the side
