The technique I am about to share with you was introduced to me by a good friend. This technique is highly effective in getting the results that you want to achieve, by setting your daily goals the night before.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • A journal
  • persistence
  • Courage
  1. Step 1

First, the night before you start your day. Have a journal nearby. It can be a journal or notebook, anything where you can write out your goals. Next pick 6 of the top goals that you want to achieve the following day. These have to be what they call M.I.T goals. "Most Important Tasks" They can be small or large goals, but realistic for you to complete in one day.

  2. Step 2

Second, make sure to do this technique right before you go to bed at night. When you do this technique before you go to bed, you may develop the dreams at night that will help you solve the problems that you need to face the next day. Your subconscious mind is at work when you are sleeping.

  3. Step 3

Third, the following day make sure to do the top 3 tasks of the day first. When you are doing these goals, make sure to cross out each goal as you complete them, this gives you momentum to carry on to the next tasks. As you get these techniques down, they will soon become a habit, and when this becomes a habit you are becoming very effective. This requires persistence and courage. But the effort is worthwhile.

Tips & Warnings
  • Be persistent
  • Make this a habit
