Tips & Warnings
Use carbide bits and blades for any work you do on Corian. Other tips and blades may work, but sticking to the carbide will make the job safer and each cut more reliable.
Don't attempt any cuts if you are unsure about your woodworking skills. Making a bad cut can be an expensive mistake. There are plenty of places that will help you with cuts or make the entire counter top for you to the correct measurements if you are not confident about doing it yourself.
