How to Send Ringtones to a Phone From a Computer
One of the great things about cell phones is the ability to share media between a phone and a computer. You can take videos, songs and even text files on your computer and access them on your phone wherever you go. This is also true for ringtones. Ringtones are the short bits of sound that play whenever a person calls your phone.

1
Put a MicroSD card in your computer's MicroSD drive. A MicroSD card is a small memory card designed to fit inside most modern cell phones. If your computer doesn't have a MicroSD drive, you'll have to purchase a USB "Card Reader" from an electronics retailer.
-
2
Open the MicroSD drive in Windows Explorer. By clicking the "My Computer" icon on your desktop, you're given access to any hard drives and external drives currently plugged into your computer. The MicroSD card is one of them. Click on the drive letter that has been assigned to the MicroSD card to open it.

3
Drag the ringtone files you want to put on your phone into the folder you've opened for the MicroSD card.

4
Put the MicroSD card in your phone. Most computers that have a MicroSD port have them located on the side. You may have to remove a cover to access it. The card pushes into the slot until it clicks into place. At this point, you can access the files using the menu on your phone and assign the ringtones to play for whatever callers you'd like.
