How to Get Regis in Sapphire
Capturing the Regis in the game "Pokemon: Sapphire" is a special quest that many Pokemon players aspire to. As the special, high-end Pokemon in "Pokemon: Sapphire," the Steel, Ice, and Rock Regis are awe-inspiring additions to your Pokemon roster and Pokedex. It can seem tough, or even impossible, at times, but a little planning and some good advice will have you nabbing Regirock, Regice, and Registeel in no time.

Capture and use Wailord and Relicanth. These two Pokemon are needed to solve the riddle of the Regis. Without them, you cannot access the hidden Regi chamber and capture the Regis.

Teach special moves. You will need Surf, Dig, Fly and Strength to capture the Regis. Use TM28, HM2, HM3, and HM4 to teach them to appropriate Pokemon; for example, teaching Trapinch to Dig with TM28.

Travel from Pacifidlog Town. Using Surf, travel west from Pacifidlog Town until you find the currents. In the lower-left corner of a small island between Route 133 and Route 134 you will find the entrance to the sealed chamber that holds the Regis. You will need to Surf and look for a door while on that island in order to Surf down the cavern to the secret door.

Use Wailord and Relicanth. Place Relicanth in spot #1 and Wailord in spot #3 and read the Braille instructions. Once you read the inscription and have the Pokemon in their place, the door will open. Dig to leave the cave and Surf back to the surface to face Regirock.

Capture Regirock. He is in the Desert Ruins east and south of Lavaridge. You will need a Pokemon who knows Strength; the instructions to the cave of Regirock say so. Have a Pokemon with Strength open the door and face Regirock.

Capture Regice. Find Island Cave up and left of Dewford town by using a Pokemon with Surf. Read the Braille message and wait two minutes for the path to Regice to open up.

Capture Registeel. Head west (left) out of Lilycove, go up two sets of stairs and enter the Ancient Tomb. Read the Braille in the tomb, then use Fly from the center of the room to open the door to face Registeel.
