Instructions

    • 1

Glue the two white pom poms together.

    • 2

Thread a needle with a double strand of red or green thread. Knot the end.

    • 3

Cut a 2-inch piece of the ribbon. Gently fold the ribbon in half lengthwise and wrap it around the joining point of the head and body of the snowman.

    • 4

Insert a needle into the ribbon where it crosses over itself at the neck of the snowman. Stitch through both sides of the ribbon three or four times to hold them together securely.

    • 5

Turn the snowman over. Use tacky glue to secure the pin back to the middle area of the snowman. The pin should be placed vertically. Let dry.

    • 6

Glue black beads to the pom poms for eyes and buttons. Glue an orange bead in place for a nose. Add tiny beads for a mouth.

    • 7

Glue a miniature top hat on the head of the snowman or make earmuffs by gluing on tiny pom poms. Finish the earmuffs by gluing a small piece of gold wire across the curve of the top of the head.

    • 8

Glue a tiny pom pom or a snowflake sequin over the stiches on the scarf. Flatten out the gently folded ribbon down the front and back of the snowman with your fingers.
