How to Obtain a Florida Insurance Claims Adjuster License

Insurance claims adjusters investigate claims and manage the work required to process them. They will investigate claims by interviewing those involved, consulting with professionals (such as police, physicians, engineers), reviewing photographs or written statements and inspecting property damage. The insurance claims adjuster will then plan and schedule work that they deem necessary to process the given claim. Adjusters frequently specialize in one type of claim, such as automobile, homeowner's insurance, bodily injury or worker's compensation.
