If you don't have a Live ID, you can open a new account from this page as well. You can use any email address you have.

Confirm your email address. After opening a new cashback account or signing up for the first time on Bing.com, you'll receive an email asking you to confirm your email address by clicking on a link. When you do that, you'll be taken to the sign-up page where you can log in to your new cashback account.
3
Enter your account information. After signing in, you'll be taken to a page where you can enter your account information (name, address, phone number--no credit card required.)

Decide how quickly you want your cashback. Here you'll see a screen giving you the choice to join the quick cash program or opt out. If you don't want to wait the normal 60 day waiting period for your cash, and don't mind making your purchases with your paypal account, you can get your cash back immediately. Just hit the "join" button.
5
Start shopping online! Make a search for the item or items you're looking for and look for the cashback icon next to items and the note that tells you how much you'll save.
