It is possible to create a high-quality PDF document without the use of Adobe Acrobat. It is very simple and in no time at all, you will be generating your PDF documents.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • PDF creator
  1. Step 1
    Install PDF Converter
     
    Install PDF Converter

    Download and install PrimoPDF. It is a free PDF creator that will convert 300 different files type. There are many similar programs available.

  2. Step 2
    Print
     
    Print

    Now you are ready to start the document conversion. Open you document. Select “Print” and from you available printers select “PrimoPDF” and the “Ok”.

  3. Step 3

    Now you need to save the new PDF file. A PDF setting dialog will open. Keep your defaults. The PDF settings section should have “Screen” selected. At the end of the “Save As” section, click the small icon to select your file destination.

  4. Step 4

    In the next dialog box, name your file and select the location you wish to create it. Select “Save”. Your new PDF file will be saved and it will open on the screen for your review.
