Things You'll Need:
- Paper (any size you may need)
- Crayons (especially black)
- Pencil

Step 1
First take a piece of paper and completely color the entire page with crayons (it is important that you use crayons for this project and not markers otherwise it will not work). I suggest you divide the page into sections and color each section a different color in order to give your picture the rainbow effect.

Step 2
After you have colored the page different colors, cover the entire page with a thick layer of black crayon. Make sure that when you are finished you can not see anymore of the colors. Do not worry in the next few steps I will show you how to reveal your colors again, but for now make sure you can’t see any of them. Also make sure that you go over the entire page several times with the black crayon.

Step 3
Once your page is covered now use a pencil and draw on the black covered page. As you draw with the pencil the colors underneath will be revealed and your page will have a rainbow effect. The color will only appear in the areas where you have drawn with your pencil.
