  • 1/2 teaspoon butter
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 cups fat-free milk
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

      Melt the butter in a medium-size saucepan over medium heat. When the butter has melted, add the minced garlic cloves and cook for one minute.
