Gas pains can be so painful. If you have ever had gas pains in your chest, you know they can be very painful indeed. I awake this morning with cramps in my chest area and stomach area. It was so painful that I didn't want to move but I knew that getting that gas moving was the answer to getting relief. I immediately began my steps for releasing this gas and felt pain relief in minutes.

Instructions

      Nice deep breaths

      Breathe deeply. Raise your hands over your head and take deep breaths. Breathe in your nose and out your month slowly. Repeat for a count of 10 times.

      Side twist. Bring your hands down into a boxing stance and twist side to side. Repeat 10 times each side.

      Get that gas moving

      Doggy style. Get on all fours and rock back and forth. This will get the gas moving. One rep equal on back and forth movement. Do 10 reps.
