Step 1
Nice deep breathsBreathe deeply. Raise your hands over your head and take deep breaths. Breathe in your nose and out your month slowly. Repeat for a count of 10 times.

Step 2
Side twist. Bring your hands down into a boxing stance and twist side to side. Repeat 10 times each side.

Step 3
Get that gas movingDoggy style. Get on all fours and rock back and forth. This will get the gas moving. One rep equal on back and forth movement. Do 10 reps.
