Step 1
While sitting at your desk, sit up straight with your feet together and flat on the floor.

Exhale. Inhale. Exhale again. Take a deep breath in. When you exhale, tighten your tummy or ab muscles. Hold for the count of 10.

Step 3
Repeat the tightening of your abs again for 10 repetitions. This will help you to lose weight in your abs and tighten your stomach.

Step 4
Now, spread your feet apart. Repeat the steps again to tighten and lose weight in your abs.
