      Depending on body size, you may need 34 to 120 oz. of coffee to do a complete body wrap. You might also just want to wrap specific problem areas. Combine all ingredients listed. Brew coffee and empty it into a large bowl to cool. The grounds should be warm, but not hot. It may take several brewing cycles to make enough coffee for full body coverage.

      Take a hot shower to open pores on the body and make them receptive to the wrap solution. Exfoliate the areas you intend to wrap with a buffer or washcloth. Pay special attention to problem areas.
