Want to see what sites have been visited recently on your computer? Want to see the Internet History on your computer's browser? Would you like to check and site what sites your teenager, pre-teen, roommate, or employee have been visiting? Here's a simple way to get a list of what sites a previous computer user has visited.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Computer
  • About 15 Seconds of Your Time
  1. Step 1

    Click the CTRL Button at the Bottom of you computer keyboard.

  2. Step 2

    Hold it down and press the letter H. (Basically, just press CTRL-H)

  3. Step 3

    A list of the internet websites that have been visited will then appear in the left hand side of your computer screen. If the user went to multiple pages within the website, each page will be listed. It is a very thorough internet history.

  4. Step 4

    The websites will be listed according to what day they were visited. They are listed by "Today", "Yesterday", "2 Days ago", etc.

  5. Step 5

    Click on the the website to see which websites were visited within the past day, weeks or months.

Tips & Warnings
  • This is great for seeing what websites your teen, child, husband, or coworker have visited.
  • You can even see which facebook profiles have been visited.
  • Calm down before confronting someone about visiting an inappropriate site. Use your words carefully.
  • For parents, it is best to have the computer in a very public room for your teens to use.
  • It is possible to the internet history to be erased.
