It is Sunday morning and you went to Church to listen about God. Unfortunately, the second you sit down and the preacher started talking, your eyes closed. You woke up to find the service was over and you had slept through church. Do not be ashamed. It happens to people all the time. There are ways to fight this problem.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Get plenty of sleep the night before. That was obvious but you need to get a good night's sleep before going to Church.

  2. Step 2

Try to give yourself a bit of a last minute boost before church service begins by getting some coffee or even something to eat. Many churches have free coffee and snacks before the Sunday service. If there is no coffee, bring some yourself.

  3. Step 3

If you keep on falling asleep after that, try to figure out why you fell asleep. It could be the atmosphere of the church. You could try to to change to a different church that requires more action.

  4. Step 4

If you still fall asleep, then, try to find a church that offers services in the evenings. There are many churches that offers services on Sunday evenings or even on different days. You can even go online for services.

Tips & Warnings
  • If you have a hard time waking up, go to a doctor for sleep problems.
