Things You'll Need:
- Vanilla whey protein mix
- Almond butter
- cinnamon
- vanilla extract
- hand held mixer
- milk
- berries or banana (optional)

Step 1
For each shake you will need 1 cup of milk, 1 scoop of sugar-free vanilla whey protein powder, 1 heaping tablespoon of almond butter, 1 tsp. vanilla extract and 1/4 tsp cinnamon.

Step 2
Using a hand held mixer or a blender mix all ingredients until protein powder and almond butter are fully incorporated.

Step 3
Raspberries can add extra sweetnessFor more protein add an additional scoop of protein powder. Berries or 1/2 fresh ripe banana can be added for sweetness.
