Things You'll Need:
- 2 skin on and with bone-in chicken breasts
- marinade: 1 lemon zest, 4 drops of lemon extract, 1 Tbsp. of sugar, 2 tsp.of freshly ground peppercorns, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 cups of water or chicken broth
- Large ziploc bag
- Greased oven tray
- cooking pan for sauce
- 2 Tbsp.sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Step 1
Seal ziploc bag and refrigerateCombine marinade ingredients, place in large ziploc bag with chicken breasts. Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours, shake up and redistribute marinade every 30 minutes.

Step 2
Season and cookPlace chicken breasts in a 350 degree preheated oven, on greased oven tray, salt and pepper.

Baste occasionally with drippings and marinade juices. Bake 45 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 4
Bring sauce to a syrupy statePrepare sauce with marinade. Heat in cooking pan, add 2 Tbsp. sugar and 1 Tbsp. of lemon juice. Use medium heat, bring to a boil, lower heat and reduce. Bring to a thin syrupy stage. This may take 10-15 minutes.

Serve chicken breasts, golden brown with sliced lemons and lemon sauce.
