      Cause bloating

The best way to get bloating relief is to avoid getting bloated in the first place. You and you alone have control over what you eat and drink. There are foods and drinks that trigger bloating that should be avoided and it's up to you to either reduce them or cut them all together.

Some of them include: fried and spicy foods, salt, bad carbs, dairy, coffee, alcohol, raw foods, gassy foods, carbonated drinks, fruit juices and highly acidic drinks. In addition, it's important that you note body reaction to food and drinks. We should always be aware of what affects our bodies in a negative way.

      Eat too much

Don't forget one of the major reasons people get bloated is that they not only eat the wrong foods, but also eat too much of them. Therefore, small portions and no second helpings would be another way avoid bloating and stomach pain.

Then there's yet one other simple solution and that is to eat slowly. Scarfing down food is a no no! Eating fast makes us swallow air along with the food. As we all know digestion begins in the mouth way before it gets to the stomach.

      Exercise

Moderate exercise is another way to get bloating relief, just a short 10-15 minute walk around the block or on a tread mill will work wonders. Of course, it helps to lead a healthy lifestyle in general if you want to be fit and enjoy good health.

There will always be people who pop pills or antacids instead of exchanging their poor eating habits for healthy ones. However, it will catch up with them sooner or later and they may end up with much more serious health issues than bloating.
