TIPS TO BATTLE THE CELLULITE WAR

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Taking off some weight will help, but do it gradually. Also, eat fresh fruits and drink both fruits and vegetable juices. V-8 makes both fruit and vegetable juices. Drink lots of water - up to 8 glasses a day.

  2. Step 2

Take warm, relaxing baths - add 2 cups of sea-salt to the tub of warm water and soak for a minimum of 20 minutes. Or try bath oils in sage or juniper added to your warm bath water.

  3. Step 3

Try not to get constipated. Research has shown those who are frequently constipated have a tendency to develop cellulite problems. Eat high fiber foods (grains, fruits and green vegetables). I have had success with Activia Yogurt - eat one everyday.

  4. Step 4

Do not eat salty foods as this causes water retention and will make cellulite worse. Coffee and cigarettes are another cause of cellulite.

  5. Step 5

Massage the areas were cellulite is located, and do deep breathing exercises, which cleanses your body of carbon dioxide.
