  1. Step 1
    P90X DVD's
    P90X DVD's

    BUY P90X EXTREME HOME FITNESS.

Buy P90X DVD's which includes 12 DVD's filled with comprehensive and demanding workouts that each have a specific fitness objective. The idea is to get results in 90 days. This will work if you stay consistent!!

P90X is a system, so you need to use all of the DVD's to get the results. Again, this is an intense workout, so do your best. You WILL get a great workout and burn some serious calories.

  2. Step 2

GET ALL THE EQUIPMENT YOU NEED.

For the most part, you will not need too much equipment to use these DVD's. However, I would recommend getting a mat, some light free weights, and resistance bands.

  3. Step 3

    WATCH THE INSTRUCTIONAL DVD FIRST.

This DVD will give you the overall explanation of what the P90X is all about. Tony Horton will explain how the system works together

  4. Step 4

CHOOSE THE PROGRAM YOU WANT TO FOLLOW.

    * Classic Version - This is the version most people will use that combines all of the DVD's to get the complete comprehensive program.

    * Doubles Version - This is the more intense program that adds additional cardio three times a week.

    * Lean Version - This version offers more cardio and less upper body for those that are interested in more cardio.

  5. Step 5

    TAKE BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS.

Take a photo on day one and again in 30 day increments to see the results of your efforts. Take photos in various positions and compare at the 30 day, 60 day, and 90 day marks! You will be amazed!!

  6. Step 6

    Now, BRING IT!

Start the program! Keep track of your reps and weight for the exercises. This is another way to gauge your results. Tony will remind you in the DVD's. Each of the DVD's have a timer to help you stay on track.

Tony will provide guidance and instruction throughout the routines. Remember, go at your own pace and do your best. Safety is paramount, so use modified moves if you need to!

  7. Step 7

    EAT A HEALTHY DIET.

P90X comes with a suggested diet and this is a great way to get optimal results. Bottom line is to eat a healthy and balanced diet all the time. It is a lifestyle and no crash or fad diets will produce long term results.

  8. Step 8

    GET SUPPORT ONLINE.

Go to the websites: milliondollarbody.com or beachbody.com to talk with others who are also in the program.

Tips & Warnings
