Does your family need something quick to make for dinner? Is cooking not your thing? This chicken tetrazzini is so yummy and cannot be messed up. This recipe is very easy to follow and a quick dinner to make for a family on the go.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Rotisserie Chicken
  • 1 Bag of Egg Noodles
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can of Cream of Chicken
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can of Cream of Mushroom
  • 2 Chicken Bouillon cubes
  • 2 1/4 cup of water
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
  1. Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cook the egg noodles according to the directions of the package. While the water is boiling, begin to cut the chicken off from the bones. The chicken should be cut into cubes.

  2. Step 2

As the egg noodles are cooking, put the water, butter, bouillon cubes, cream of chicken, and cream of mushroom into a medium saucepan. Bring the ingredients to a boil.

  3. Step 3

After the egg noodles have cooked, drain the noodles. Place the noodles in a casserole dish. The place the chicken on top of the noodles. Then, pour the sauce over the noodles and chicken. Mix the ingredients together in the dish. Then sprinkle the shredded cheese on top. Use enough cheese to cover the casserole, but make the topping as cheesey as you would like.

  4. Step 4

Cover the casserole with foil. This will keep the cheese from burning. Bake the casserole for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. If the dish has been refrigerated after preparing, then cook the casserole for 35 minutes. When the time is up, let the casserole sit uncovered for 5 minutes. And enjoy!!!
