      The first thing you need to do is locate your local Child Support enforcement Division in your area and see what services they provide. You may be able to get this information online or at the local Probate and Family Court in your area. If they offers collection services complete and application with them and sign up for the services. You need to have a Court for Child Support before any agency in any state will attempt to help collect on your order.
