  1. Step 1

    At the start of a leg cramp go to the refrigerator and get a jar or packet of yellow mustard.

  2. Step 2

    If using a packet of mustard, squirt the entire packet in your mouth and swallow. If using a jar of mustard, swallow a tablespoon's worth of mustard.

  3. Step 3

    Within minutes you will feel relief from your leg cramps.

Tips & Warnings
  • The best thing to do if you get leg cramps often is to carry mustard packets with you at all times or have them sitting by the bed.
