- Organic white flour
- Organic oats
- Ground cinnamon
- Baking powder
- Cinnamon
- Baking soda
- Sea salt
- Organic unsalted butter
- Organic granulated sugar
- Organic brown sugar
- Organic free range eggs
- Vanilla extract
- Organic raisins
- 9-by-11-inch baking sheet

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl thoroughly: 2 cups flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. baking soda, a pinch of salt, 1 tsp. ground cinnamon.

Beat 1 cup unsalted organic butter, 1 cup organic granulated sugar and 1 cup brown sugar in an electric mixer. Set the mixer on "Low" and add 2 eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla extract.

Add the flour mixture to the butter and sugar mixture. Beat in the flour gradually so it mixes evenly. Add 3 cups of oats and 1 cup of raisins to the mixture.

Spoon cookie batter onto the baking sheet by the teaspoon. There should be about 24 cookies on the sheet. Bake the cookies for 10 minutes. Transfer the cookies to a metal rack. Bake a second batch of cookies. Let the cookies cool for 30 minutes before eating.
