Step 1
Click on "Tools" and then "Address Book."

Click on "Contacts" in the address book. It is next to the "Show names from" prompt.

Click on "File" and then "New Entry."

Click "New Distribution List" to add a distribution list as your new entry.

Select "In the Contacts" when the prompt asks you where you would like to put the new entry. This should be the default selection.

Click OK to create the new distribution list.

Step 1
Insert the desired name of your new distribution list in the "Name" box.

Step 2
Click on the "Select Members" option.

Step 3
Click on the folder that contains the members you would like to add to your distribution list.

Click "Save and Close."
