Instructions

1. Thoroughly rinse your customized tray with warm water before first use. Allow it to dry.

2. Place a small drop of the whitening gel in the bottom arch of each tooth impression in the tray.

3. Press the tray firmly onto your teeth and wipe off any excess gel that oozes from the top; the product will bubble a bit in order to reach every part of each tooth. Allow the trays to stay in your mouth for the recommended amount of time.

4. Remove the trays and brush your teeth gently but thoroughly to remove all traces of the gel. Rinse the trays and allow them to air dry before putting them away.

5. Repeat the process daily for the recommended length of time.
