Instructions

1. Thoroughly rinse your customized tray with warm water before first use. Allow it to dry.

2. Place a small drop of the whitening gel in the bottom arch of each tooth impression in the tray.

3. Press the tray firmly onto your teeth and wipe off any excess gel that oozes from the top; the product will bubble a bit in order to reach every part of each tooth. Allow the trays to stay in your mouth for the recommended amount of time.
