How to Create a Windows Live ID
If you are tired of having to remember all the different usernames and passwords for the accounts that you have on the Internet, there is some good news. As the Internet continues to grow, many websites are starting to use an "Open ID" feature which allows you to sign up for a unique identification number that identifies you across the Internet. By setting up a Windows Live ID, you will be able to reduce the amount of identity accounts that you have to create online.
