How to Convert Atrac to WAV
Atrac (Adaptive Transform Acoustic Coding) is an audio file format developed by Sony first for mini-disc players and later for its SonicStage media player that, along with its updated forms like Atrac3, compresses files and adds copyright protection. WAV (Waveform) is a more universal format that is used in most Windows applications. Converting Atrac files to WAV is a simple process with a good audio conversion program, allowing you to transfer and play the files in other media players.
