Most kids love to draw and most kids love balloons. Put the two together and you have a craft they could find entertaining. The trick is to write on the balloons when they are not full of air and not as likely to suffer from permanent punctures. Does this Spark an idea?

  • Permanent Markers
  • Bread Ties

Instructions

    • 1

      Blow up a balloon until it is 50 percent full of air. Tie off the balloon with a bread tie.

    • 2

      Use a Sharpie to draw photos or messages on the balloon.

    • 3

      Let the air out of the balloon and watch the art shrink. Blow up the balloon again, but this time to its full size.
