In this article how to make hash browns

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cracked pepper corns
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  1. Step 1

    Cut the garlic in tiny pieces and set aside
    Cut the onion in tiny pieces ands set aside
    scramble the egg and set aside.

    Now shred the potatoes threw the Cheese Shredder or cheese Grater and put them in a container with cold water and rinse them till the water runs clear

  2. Step 2

    Now get a handful of the shredded potatoes and squeeze all the water out of them and set them in a different container do this to all the potatoes and add the beaten egg and the garlic, onion and salt and mix till all the potatoes are well coated.

  3. Step 3

    Heat the oil in the pan wait till the oil is hot, be careful cause it might splash. divide the potato mixture into three equal parts and place them into your pan , do not smash them down just spread them to the size you would like and let them get crispy in the pan the heart should be medium high , do not turn them till they are crispy golden brown, this takes about 4 minutes then flip them but only if you see they are golden brown it might take a minute longer, flip them and do the same to the other side. They are so good and kids just love them.

Tips & Warnings
  • Make sure your not allergic to any of the ingredients and also be careful to watch out for the oil, it might spader
