Step 1
Pick out an assortment of berries. My favorite mixture for this recipe is raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries. You can use any type of berry though, and you can either one kind or many kinds.
-
Step 2
Wash all the berries and chop up the larger ones. You're looking to make everything a little smaller than bite size. Place the berries into a small bowl.
-
Step 3
For this step, you can either use fat -free vanilla yogurt or a sugar free lemon pudding. Really, you can easy anything you want but these are the two I think taste the best. Pour the yogurt/pudding over the berries.
-
Step 4
A tasty option is to use whip cream on top of the yogurt. I think it's a touch of sugar overkill, but it's been a hit at more than one summer party.
-
Step 5
The best thing about this recipe is that it's healthy. It's low sugar, low fat, high in antioxidants, and it still tastes great. Depending on if you use yogurt or pudding, you may even be helping your digestive system.
