Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

First, get an empty one-gallon milk or water container. Use a container that is made of thin plastic. Clean it out with some soap and water then let it dry.

  2. Step 2

Take some scissors and poke through the center of the plastic container. From the hole, you poked cut a hole about the size of a tennis ball.

  3. Step 3

After the hole has been cut, remove the cut piece of the container. Then stuff your plastic shopping bags in the hole you cut. Pull one bag part way through the top of the container and use it as you would a Kleenex box. Know you can carry your bags with you without dropping all over the floor.
