Things You'll Need:
- Benadryl
- Baking soda
- Bandage
- Neosporin
- ibuprofen

Step 1
Quickly get away from the area where the bee sting occured. Bees give a signal of trouble to other bees which increases the chance of being stung again by more bees.

Step 2
Only honey bees will leave a stinger behind. Immediately look for a stinger and remove it as quickly as possible.

Step 3
Evaluate the victim for the first hour after being stung to determine if any serious allergic reactions develop, even if they haven't had an allergic reaction to previous bee stings. Symptoms include; rapid pulse, anxiety, hives, shortness of breath, etc. Call 911 immediately if these symptoms develop and administer Benadryl, which will help but not stop the reaction completely.

Step 4
Take a Bendryl and ibuprofen to minimize the reaction and reduce inflammation.

Step 5
treat a bee stingWash the area with soap and water, and apply baking soda mixed with water to form a paste. Cover with a bandage.

Step 6
After several hours, remove the baking soda and cover the wound with an antibacterial ointment and cover again with a bandage.
