How to to Reduce Stomach Bloating

      Drink more water! Contrary to popular belief, drinking water actually helps reduce bloating since it helps the body eliminate the water it had been storing! Try to drink 8 glasses of water daily.

      Skip the soda! Sugary soft drinks are a one way ticket to a bloated stomach so replace sodas with water as much as possible. If you like carbonated drinks, try selzter water.

      Watch your salt intake. Too much salt can cause bloating so read labels for the sodium content in your food and don't substitute herbs for table salt when seasoning food.

      Limit your alcohol consumption. Opt for lighter drinks like white wine sprizters instead of frozen margaritas and your stomach will be less bloated.

      Add fiber to your diet and skip the white products such as potatoes, white bread, pastas. Look for whole wheat products that will leave you feeling, but not looking fuller!
