1. Purchase a quality knee support from a drug or discount store. Knee supports are one size fits all and provide extra support and protection to the knee area.

2. Place the knee support on the knee, smoothing the material to prevent bunching and wrinkling. The opening to the support should be on the kneecap. Wrap the middle strap around the knee and attach firmly with the fastener to the body of the knee support.

3. Wrap the upper and lower straps around the body of the knee support. Adjust the straps so the fit is secure, yet comfortable.
